Sustainability Consultant
An enthusiastic professional with over 5 years experience as a Project Manager who is passionate about LEED and sustainable design. 
While sharing his/her knowledge on the multiple LEED Rating Systems and sustainability, this Sustainability Consultant will be a key member of our widely diverse client and project teams who will be obtaining LEED Certification. From conception throughout construction, this professional will be organizing and facilitating project meetings, training team members, and championing the LEED documentation process by following the required procedures to obtain certification. This Sustainability Consultant will be working independently on LEED documentation while positively motivating others through the duration of each project. The successful candidate will be a LEED Accredited Professional with exceptional communication and organizational skills possessing the ability to establish solid working relationships with team members and our clients. Will have proven experience with the project certification requirements, as outlined by the USGBC, and has successfully completed the certification process. Must be a creative, progressive thinking, self starter who has strong technical knowledge in the construction field and its related documents. Maintaining a willingness to share knowledge with others is essential.

Engineering Manager
An Engineering Manager is a degreed Mechanical/Electrical engineer with 10+ years of professional experience and a minimum of three years in a managerial position.
The candidate must possess the ability to manage a team of engineers performing building commissioning, maintain a portfolio of clients while developing new contacts, mentor a staff of 10+ and be fiscally responsible for multiple projects and staffing. Responsibilities include invoicing cash flow projections, technical oversight, working with the marketing team to prepare proposals, and project profitability. The ideal candidate would possess an engineering design background, construction project management exposure, operational experience, and commissioning experience. LEED Accredited Professional and/or a PE is preferred.

Senior Project Engineer
A Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the planning and execution of multiple projects and resources. The qualified candidate must have 7 years of professional experience with the last three employed in a management position. This person would be responsible for the design, operations and maintenance or commissioning of over 200,000 square feet of projects. Hands-on-experience should include working with steam management, steam distribution systems, and at least 5 years experience working with absorbers, chillers, boilers, and air ventilation balancing systems. Responsibilities will also include project schedule coordination and the assistance in management of the team work flow, project deliverable management, supervision of test plan creation, supervision of final report preparation and to manage field activities of team members. Also time and expense management of their assigned engineers as well as providing guidance and knowledge to their team's assigned engineers. Must maintain existing clients & develop new contacts & clients along with regular attendance of professional society meetings of key organizations. Applicant preferences will be someone that has the ability and experience to obtain a LEED Accredited Professional Certification and the future ability of achieving a Professional Engineering License.

Project Engineer
A Project Engineer is responsible for the planning and execution of multiple projects and resources. This candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in which responsibilities included the design, operations and maintenance or commissioning of over 100,000 square feet of projects. The applicant must have hands-on-experience of steam management and distribution systems, and at least 3 years experience working with absorbers, chillers, boilers, air ventilation balancing systems and other optimization techniques. Applicant preferences will be someone that has achieved their EIT or their CEM certification.

Field Engineer
A Field Engineer is responsible for the delivery and execution of our professional services tasks. The qualified candidate must have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least 1 year of professional experience employed in a staff or intern position in the construction industry. The applicant must have general knowledge of most of the following topics: steam management and distribution systems, pumps, fans, motors, fluid dynamics, heat absorbers, chillers, boilers, air ventilation balancing systems, VAV, Fan Design and other optimization techniques. This candidate must be working for their EIT in the near future and any other Certification that comes with the gaining experience. Trade association participation a plus.
