| IAQ Testing Indoor Air Quality refers to the quality of the environment inside buildings based on conditions that can affect the health, comfort, and performance of occupants as it pertains to pollutant concentrations. HEA has sampled/performed the following for air quality testing: • Carbon Dioxide • Carbon Monoxide • Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC's) • Formaldehyde • Airborne Particulates • Temperature and Relative Humidity • Mercury Vapor • Radon • Hydrogen Sulfide • Lower Explosive Limits (LEL's) HEA has also performed, developed, or implemented the following for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) initiative: • EQ Prerequisite 2 – Environmental Tobacco Smoke Testing (Room Integrity Testing utilizing a Blower Door Fan) • EQ Credit 3.1 Construction IAQ Management Plan (During Construction) • EQ Credit 3.2 Construction IAQ Management Plan (Before Occupancy) |
