| Michael C. English, PE, CCP, LEED Founder & Senior Partner Joseph Lorino, PE, LEED Senior Partner E. Thomas Lillie, PE Partner Joseph Lorino has 20 years of extensive experience in the leadership and performance of building commissioning, energy studies and related services for healthcare, educational, cultural, commercial and institutional facilities. A LEED Accredited Professional and licensed Professional Engineer in four states, Mr. Lorino has led the commissioning of LEED registered facilities, and has also served in a variety of operations, maintenance, management and development positions related to stationary power plants. His extensive knowledge in this field has been an asset while being involved with the design, construction, start-up and commissioning of major boiler and chiller plants in the metropolitan area. Prior to joining HEA, Mr. Lorino spent 10 years at various operations and maintenance positions at an Ivy League university in New York. A graduate of SUNY Maritime College with a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, He has presented several times at the National Conference on Building Commissioning. Mr. Lorino earned an NEBB TAB Supervisor certification from the National Environmental Balancing Bureau. |
