Antonio possesses the technical skills of an excellent commissioning agent, and is also extremely persistent and focused on meeting specifications and protecting the owner. He has shown these characteristics while being the rock that held together the commissioning process for the LaGuardia Terminal B Renovation project from early design through occupancy; even throughout the COVID outbreak.

Through everyone’s tremendous effort, I was able to play a role in delivering the first airport project to receive LEED v4 Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for the completed phases of the new terminal.
