Meet HEA's Caitlyn Zmroczek! She is a Junior HR Generalist and was recently selected as an Employee of the Month! Here's a quick Q/A with her:

• Please provide a brief background of yourself. I grew up in Ronkonkoma, NY and graduated from St. Joseph's College in 2019. My hobbies include going to the beach, wine tasting and spending time with my friends and family.
• Do you have a favorite quote?. "I don't even have a pla" - Phoebe Buffay
• What is one thing you couldn't live without? My dog, Jake.
• Where is the best place you have traveled to and why? The best place I have traveled to so far would have to be Ireland. So beautiful and tons of fun!
• What career lessons have you learned since working for HEA? Since working for HEA, I have learned how to become a better team player.
