Employee Spotlight: Chad Patterson

Employee Spotlight: Chad Patterson

Meet HEA's Chad Patterson! He is an Project Engineer and was recently selected as an Employee of the Month! Here's a quick Q/A with him:

  • Please provide a brief background of yourself. From the small town of Perry, Michigan. Hobbies are camping (glamping for the sake of my family), hunting, fishing, and hiking. We are water people, so anything lakefront is our jam. Interests are target archery, as well as conducting a youth archery club, called Bow Club.
  • Do you have a favorite quote?. "Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value" - Albert Einstein
  • What is one thing you couldn't live without? I could not live without the great outdoors.
  • Where is the best place you have traveled to and why? The best place that I have traveled to would be Comayagua, Honduras. I was lucky enough to go on a mission trip and be part of a helps ministry there.
  • What career lessons have you learned since working for HEA? I have learned too many career lessons to mention all of them, but the most significant one is to be open to collaboration at all times.
