Meet HEA's Frank Laino! He is a Senior Project Engineer. and was recently selected as an Employee of the Month! Here's a quick Q/A with him:

• Please provide a brief background of yourself. I am from Rockaway, NY. I enjoy spending time with my wife Paulina and puppy Kona, playing two-hand touch football on the weekends and occasionally riding my motorcycle. 
• Do you have a favorite quote?. "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't - you're right" - Henry Ford
• What is one thing you couldn't live without? Coffee!
• Where is the best place you have traveled to and why? Most recently Aruba, because of the perfect weather.
• What career lessons have you learned since working for HEA? Forcing yourself to get out of your comfort zone can only benefit you. Even if it doesn't go well, you will learn something new and be better for it the next time around.
