Meet Kathleen Favale! She is HEA's Marketing Manager and was recently selected as an Employee of the Month! Here's a quick Q/A with her:

• Please provide a brief background of yourself. Born and raised Long Islander. I currently live with my fiance and our two-year-old 145lb Cane Corso puppy named Whiskey Sprinkle Pants. When I am not walking my horse of a dog, you can typically find me outdoors trying to get a tan. Everything looks better with a tan :) 
• Do you have a favorite quote? "Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." - Oscar Wilde
• What is one thing you couldn't live without? The gym - it's my daily therapy that helps with all of the craziness that life has to offer.
• Where is the best place you have traveled to and why? Bonaire - the water is crystal clear and the people are just so friendly. It is the stereotypical definition of island life, everything is laid back and the beach is your backyard. 
• What career lessons have you learned since working for HEA? Nothing is impossible. Whether it's landing a big project we thought was a long shot or creating your own career path, with the right approach, anything is possible. Flexibility is key - things can change in the blink of an eye - take everything in stride and you will be stronger for it.
