Meet HEA's Steven Mango! He is an Senior Engineer and was recently selected as an Employee of the Month! Here's a quick Q/A with him:

• Please provide a brief background of yourself. I was born in Georgetown and was raised in Washington D.C. and Southern Maryland. I grew up loving all sports and the outdoors and have lived in South Carolina, California, Virginia, Wisconsin, Colorado, Hawaii, Texas, Pennsylvania and Japan. 
• What is one thing you couldn't live without? I have been fortunate and blessed throughout my life and one thing I could not live without is my family, children and most of all my loving wife. 
• Where is the best place you have traveled to and why? After living in Japan for five years, it remains to be my favorite. 
• What career lessons have you learned since working for HEA?  Even though I am relatively new to HEA, one very important element I have witnessed is that the employees are trusted and empowered. The leadership inspires a culture that promotes creativity and professionalism. I know from previous experience that this type of environment results in employee satisfaction which directly translates into customer satisfaction.
