As we monitor and learn more about the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19), our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak.
At HEA, we believe it is our responsibility during this time to prioritize two things: the health and well-being of our employees, clients and the communities we work and live in. HEA will continue to make informed decisions while also being guided by our values.
I wanted to personally reach out and provide an update on the actions that HEA is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus. HEA has been encouraging our staff to utilize our remote work from home policy to minimize commuting on public transportation and is open to any staff that does not feel comfortable travelling. All staff have the equipment and capabilities of accessing information and performing their duties without interruption of service. Site visits to conduct inspections are still being made as required as long as the project site is accessible. HEA staff will commute to the site in a manner that the individual is comfortable with. We will adhere to the site’s rules and regulations.
It is our intent to remain as transparent as possible as we continue to serve our clients through this trying time. If we make any updates to our policies, we will update you in a timely manner.
