What makes you most optimistic about the future of HEA?

The way we  are positioned in the market. We are moving towards work that is more complicated, both technically and execution wise. This will eliminate the concept of commoditization of the commissioning market for HEA; which makes us stand apart.

What are the key issues that you see HEA addressing in the future?

Growth is where we are going. I see opportunity for HEA and we will once again be in the right position post COVID-19 to stay ahead of the curve on trends that lie ahead of us.
